To look after our customers from their first contact with our company whether that is a telephone call with one of our office staff, approaching one of our engineers for our company contact details or walking into our office/showroom.
To liaise with each customer treating them as an individual identifying their specific requirements whether that is gaining their contact details, times of convenience that best suit them and the service that it is they required.
To advise the customer of the best options available to them to full fill their requirements.
To advise our customers of all prices, time scales and warrantee details fully before any work is undertaken, and keep them updated of and issues that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances.
To communicate to the customer as we carry out the work required and discuss any issues that may have been brought to light as they are discovered.
Upon completion we will walk the customer though the completed works and talk though and explain, in plain English, any specific requirements that are required of the customer for warrantee purposes and answer any questions they may have.
